What's the difference between Solo, Team and Agency?
It's the same product — same editor, same specialists, same workflows, same vault, same staging & deploy. The plans differ on scale: how many workspaces you can run (1 vs 5 vs 25), how many users per workspace, how much media storage and how many scheduled workflows (cron jobs) and DB connections. You upgrade because your work outgrows the limits, not because a paid plan unlocks a hidden feature.
How does the trial work?
Every new account gets €5 of AI credit to try the platform — no time limit, no card required. The trial includes the full editor minus design system and staging/deploy: you can build, test specialists, save secrets to the vault, and ship to a single project. When the credit runs out or you want to scale, pick a plan (or configure your own AI keys and keep going for free).
What is the included AI credit?
Each paid plan includes a monthly AI credit budget you can spend on the models you need (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.). It resets at the start of every monthly period — no rollover. You can always bring your own API keys or a self-hosted endpoint for zero AI cost on Ecliptio. If you burn through your monthly budget, top-up packs (€10 / €25 / €50) are available for paying customers from the billing page — they don't expire.
Can I share my AI keys with my clients or collaborators?
Yes. You can share your API keys or self-hosted endpoint with other Ecliptio Studio users — even in different workspaces. They use your AI infrastructure without seeing your keys. Solo lets you share with 3 users, Team with 10, Agency without limits.
Annual billing — what do I save?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free (you pay 10× the monthly price for 12 months of service). Same plan, same features, smaller bill.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time, from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period — your data stays untouched.
